Bella Ren, Ph.D.

Hello! I am an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. I received my Ph.D. in Decision Processes at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

I study how individuals can better engage with and benefit from disagreement at work. I use behavioral experiments, field data, and AI Negotiation Chatbots to examine how to make difficult conversations and negotiations more productive.
